Keep your answers G rated. I think Hulk because he can Heal himself. Super-man is not invinceble because Dooms-Day killed him.

About 25 years ago, there was a crossover issue between DC and Marvel Comics. There was a confrontation between the Hulk and Superman. The Hulk took his best shot, but the result of Hulk's efforts to"smash" Superman was the same as a normal person trying to punch a mountain. It didn't even make the Man of Steel blink. If it had been a fight to the finish, the Hulk would have been finished.

doomsday is just a sick creation
hulk is not smart enough to beat superman
let alone superman is way way faster
hulk can't fly into outerspace with one leap
superman could win just by flying him into space
to let hulk explode period
or even if he dropped the hulk from space
he would burn up on the trip down

Superman is invunerable and can't lose, so eventually the Hulk would have to lose, Superman could just keep hitting him forever. "Hulk Not Like This Answer!"

Superman would destroy the Hulk. He is the "man of steel" after all. Flying, super-strength, super-speed. I don't think it would even be close.

i think they're bought strong but each should have vulnerabilies, such as the kryptonite for superman, and when hulk returns to his human figure,.but hulk is too dumb *** because his imbecile to know about kryptonite, and superman won't know when will hulk returns back to his human form. if batman would join the fight, i think he'll survive. yeah, you can say that batman is weak, but he is super intelligent unlike to those two fools right?
