You can't; it will be your word against the officer that wrote you the ticket and if you want to try to fight it, you need to appear in Court and plead "Not Guilty" and request a Court date to provide any and all evidence that you feel will prove you are not guilty.
However, if it the cops word against yours..who do you think the judge is going to believe?
