Q: Explain one of the processes by which water can be made safe to drink.
A: Flirtation makes water safe to drink because it removes large pollutants like grit, sand, dead sheep and canoeists.

I asked a couple of questions on here before:
Would you sell cigarettes to a miner? And
Do you like to drink protean shakes?
I just howled with laughter at all the people who chastised me for not spelling either word correctly. It only dawned on maybe 2% of the Answerers that I knew exactly what I was spelling, and was just playing on words.
I really liked the ones who said, "I bet you wish you'd used the spell checker!" Like - what would that have done? Miner/minor and protean/protein are all correct words. Duh...

In an essay on digestion, the student referred to the food being masturbated instead of masticated. I feel that there may have been an element of intent in this mistake.

Haha thanks for reminding me.............an essay about natural resources i had to write in high school many years back.
For some reason, i was really rushing it so that i ended up writing some letters of the word gas wrongly
This is what the essay was supposed to read:-
Natural gas has been of the driving factors in mankind's development
This is how it reached the teacher:
Natural a*s has been one of the driving factors in mankind's development
Needless to say, I got detention that day........

I know I made one once. It was pretty embarrassing for me. I wasn't sure how to spell 'knocked off' so I wrote to my hairstylist to 'naked off' in a text message. He laughed his head off and said he'd rather stay in his cloths.
