It is an interesting question but I don't think it applies to the universe.
DNA is something that probably exists in many parts of the universe and applies to the existence of aliens.
DNA is a chemical substance with plus and minus voltages,it is complicated but logical.
The universe and the distribution of galaxies is not governed by voltages.
It is the result of matter and gravity.

is there a pattern in the universe?
My answer:
Yes. the sphere. The disc. the double sphere. Look at nebulae and nova shock rings.
Possibly the structure of the universe is the same way. When ya look at Eta Carinae. You see the pattern of atomic destruction. you see the pattern of Minor nova. and possibly the structure of what the universe really does look like (for all you big bang advocates) or maybe the universe looks like Supernova 1987a.

but does it look like DNA .. I severely disagree with that analogy

You mean the galaxy - and the patterns a spiral. They occur everywhere in nature. Dont know why though - tough question!

everything in this universe revolves by the devine force, this devine force is time, many may not agree,time has a mechanical force, it is like a twisted 8, like amosquito larvae it contracts and expands.what is in macro it is seen in micro.
