Can stuck pixels/ dead pixels spread onto other areas of my lcd screen?

No they dont spread they just occur due to usage and handling.

I bought my first laptop last year and I noticed it had 1 dead pixel already. I immediately took it back to the retailer and received another. I am told that dead pixels may occur with the age of the computer. I don't think they spread, they just happen.
