Anybody Good at Science?

I got asked a question and im not quite sure how to answer it.
Its about food poisining, Bacteria being left in an uncooked beef burger then being reheated. Obviously the bacteria multiplies over the burger but the question was, When the bacteria enters the body how does it divied in the body?

Bacteria continuously divide in our body with the help of the heat our body produces. The heat that is natural to us helps them reproduce again and again and again.ü
