You mean like a bus, or itinerary, or...?

Evans has a bus and tour service for the valley. Or if you know what you want to do, Black Tie is the best taxi/limo company. Downtown Napa has a few tasting rooms now where you can sample wines from like 50 different wineries, not just one. But stop by the Visitor's Center first and get a wine card. It lets you have a tasting at any of like 8 tasting rooms downtown. It's $20, but at the tasting room they may charge you ten cents (they usually waive it). Much better than a $6 flight and more variety. And there's shopping and dining downtown.

Do NOT take the Wine Train. It's overpriced and all you see is the backs of buildings and litter. A hot air balloon ride is awesome! And they give you champagne breakfast afterwards.

For more info, look up the Napa Visitor's Center or the Chamber of Commerce. They're very helpful.

Are you going to do this by yourself or have it more organized

My suggestion is get a map of the area and target a zone (St. Helena, Healdsberg, Russian River) and hit all the wineries there.

Do check, as some charge for tastings
