but now we want marriage certificate so please tell me procedure to get certificate & how much take time?

To get marriage certificate of your marriage you require to get your marriage registered either under section 8 of the Hindu marriage Act, if you are Hindu married according to Hindu form of marriage or under section 15 of the Special Marriage Act if you got married by any other form of marriage. In both these cases the registration requires certain conditions to be fulfilled & two to three witnesses along with presence of both of you before the Marriage officer/registrar. there has to be a court in ur city or near by ,u hv to register ur marriage there with marriage registrar .u will need proof of ur marriage like pics ,invitation card and stuff ,once u meet the concerned personal in court u ll be guidede through the process..time entirely depends on nature of person attached with providing u certificate,if u knw anyone influnencial,how much extra money u ready to spend or if none of the above how much patience u have ..rem this is india meri jaan ..take care

in every city there is a registrar of marriages, generally located at city court. contact there and produce proof of your marriage. they will help u.

you can get it from the court with some proves ;like photo graphs or something i m not sure of time because this is india

registrar of birth death and marriage office hold all copies of that,, must be one in your state....................
