According to the due date chart in my pregnancy book you are more than likely to be the father of her child, it says that if a child is born on the 24 April the date of conception was the 18 July, So unless she was sleeping with someone else at the time you can be pretty sure it's yours. welcome to the world of parenthood.

Sounds like you are the father, go call Maury! I just had a baby 10 days ago and I got pregnant in July, so seems like it's a match. Good luck.

Could be - as a rule pregnancy lasts 9months and 1 week. It can be less and it can be more so it sounds like bingo. If you really want definitive proof opt for a paternity test. Be nice about it though and justify it by saying that you will support the child providing its definitely yours.

ok...this is tricky....pregnancy is 280 days, but day one is the first day of the last period...but conception doesn't take place until day 14 (on a 28 day cycle)...so, taking into account all of this, conception would have occurred around august 1...several factors need to be considered....was the baby full term? early? late? what was the due date?? if her due date was around the 24th of april, she actually should have been on her period while you were with her (july 19)....a lot of factors can affect dates of conception, due date, etc...

It may well be yours. Although full gestation is thought of as 9 months, most women aim to carry for 38-42 weeks. 40 being the optimum. to know for sure your gonna have to have a paternity test done.
if it does turn out to be yours, congratulations and i hope all works out.

Yipes. I would say you are definitely in the line up Sweetie. Normal gestation is 40 weeks, give or take a few weeks. Congratulations.

Could be...IF you were the only sex partner she had at that time.
If not, I have two words for you: paternity test.

That's your only surefire way of knowing.

Are you hoping the baby is yours; are you still in a relationship with this woman? Or is it just a thing where y'all were just seeing each other/having sex, you're not in a relationship, and now she's telling you the baby is yours?

Well you could be the daddy. Only way to find out for sure is a paternity test.

Yes, I believe it very well could be yours. If you are uncertain ask for a DNA. Also ask your girl if she was with anyone else. (she may tell you no even if she was though, you should do the DNA to be certain)
