Bruce Lee had uncanny speed which translated to uncanny power. Slow down the footage of Chuck vs. Bruce when they fight in "Return of the Dragon." Slow it down to frame by frame. You will see just what reality Bruce is in just by watching his eye movement and comparing it to Chuck's (who was at his competitive prime then). Bruce is moving faster than Chuck by at least 50%.
Jet Li has an awesome collection of moves over Bruce. But Bruce would stop him in his tracks with his speed.
Interestingly, Steven Segal's speed with Aikido (not his other disciplines) is similar but overlooked.
Micki Lee, sounds like a wrestler.

Bruce Lee could smash Jet Lee and ive never even heard of Micky Lee so i gotta say Bruce.
