Return it would be the only ethical thing to do. If you gave it to charity it would be money gained through unethical means, meaning that it would be unethical. (Aristotle according to mamita_salsita)
If asking what I would do- I would take the money and build am orphanage/school for children in the dominican republic to help them escape the cycle of poverty. In my mind, it is more unethical for the rich to sit on their money while the poor suffer in poverty.

If that rich young woman has more than she can spend...then you did a good thing!
Now, you spend it on poor old women you need care and shelter....and love.
