Fatigue and exhaustion are two of the symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency. Other symptoms you may be suffering are headaches and migraines, depression, dizziness, head and hand sweats, nausea and vomiting, numbness and tingling and prickling sensations in your outer extremities, moodiness, irritability, inability to concentrate, insomnia, constipation and even chest pain and heart palpitations!! Quite scary isn't it!!

You need to increase your intake of foods rich in this vitamin. ie: yeast, liver, eggs, milk, cheese and fish, kidney and pork.

****edit**** Oops, if you are vegetarian and have excluded eggs and dairy products from your diet then supplementation for you is really really important!! ******

If you have been under extra stress lately your body will naturally use up more of the B complex group of vitamins - B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and B12. The body can neither make or store these vitamins and we therefore need to supply them on a daily basis. Your best bet would be to go get some really good quality Multi B vitamins. They are usually labelled Mega B complex or Executive Stress B tablets. Expect to pay around $30.00 AUD for about 125 tablets. Don't buy the B vitamins individually as they work best as a group.

Honestly, it can be quite scary some of these symptoms if you are unaware that you just need to pay more attention to your diet. I have 3 school age children at home and each and every time one has a tummy ache, headache, feels sick or too tired to do anything, its inevitably because they've been trying to live on pies with sauce or wotever other rubbish they've been sneaking!! I know its sooo easy to jus grab what's easiest but you really do need to be a bit nicer to your body and it will certainly feel better........... Your symptoms will clear up very rapidly if you take my advice - within an hour or so!! .......... GOOD HEALTH 2 U

Well, vitamins, a good bed and enough rest aside. You need to take a good assessment of your life. It could be work and stress. You could also feel that you are stuck in a rut or lonely, and do not have reason to get you excited anymore. Another often neglected reason is inadequate exercise. If you do not exercise enough, you generally have weaker muscles which are less able to see you through your daily tasks. A good exercise regime will also help you to rest better which leaves you more refreshed when you get out of bed everyday. Good luck!

Coffee. It works great. 1 or 2 cups in the morning and you'll feel great.
There are many health benefits to it, so enjoy.

Are you stress out lately? Mmmm....maybe you should check on your bed comforts that might caused you restlessness throughout the whole night. Or might be you're anaemic.....go for a haemoglobin test and rule out the doubts.

u might need iron supplements.... get a blood test for anemia and talk to your doctor. most of the times, feeling very tired for no obvious reason is because of iron insufficiency....
