I need to find which rocket systems were used with the fly by of the moon and the return to earth of the apollo 13 space craft. (possibly of the lunar module: aquarius?)

Apollo 13 was launched on a Saturn V rocket. The first stage of that rocket burned kerosene and liquid oxygen using five F-1 engines. The second stage burned liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen with five J-2 engines, and the third stage burned the same propellants with one J-2 engine. The third stage also was restarted to put the spacecraft on a course to the Moon. Then it was discarded.

After the accident the crew used the lunar module descent engine for course correction burns. The lunar module descent engine burned hypergolic propellants (chemicals that ignite on contact, so don't need a spark or anything to set them burning) called unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine and nitrogen tetroxide.
