yes because those planets only has pure oxygen and we cant breath pure oxygen..
there should be like an oxygen & CO2 preserved in an area in order to maintain a cycle
but there was a myth that mars is 75% similar to earth but the environment is defnitely different

I think you mean why people can stay on Earth and not other planets. That's because other planets do not have enough oxygen and is either too hot or cold for humans to survive.

first of all i didn't get your question but i am guessing it is about why there is life on earth.
all right
there is life on earth because it is in right place which is called habitable zone and at that zone temprature and heat from sun is right so life could exist. but the zone keeps on moving back by time because sun get bigger. but if take for example- venus is very hot becasue it is under habitable zone and mars which outer habitable zone has cold temprature like -50 celcius. Where we can not exist.
