how long have you had your periods for? if they have been fairly regular have they changed.
its quite possible that there is something going on with your hormones, have you noticed any other symptoms.
wearing a bra at night or the wrong size wouldnt change your size, maybe get your mum to take you to a doc and get your hormones checked out

No sleeping in a bra will not cause anything other than discomfort. You list nothing that would cause your breasts to shrink, so I think that the manufacturer of your bras may be making adjustments to their sizes. This happens every-so-often. 35 years ago, I wore a larger size bra and panties, twice since that time manufacturers have made size changes, and now, when I am heavier, my bra and panties are a smaller size. Wish it was true...

At the time this was first done, the smallest women's size was a four. In the first adjustment, a size two was added. Then later a size 0 came in. Now I recently heard this is going to happen again, soon. I wonder what they are going to call the smallest size now? (negative 2?) Hmm...

30d is kind of big, 30b is asian size, not good. You gotta ask a boob doctor for this. Drink some water i'm sorb boobs are filled with water that is absorbed. Creatine used by body builders help retain water and gives you powerful strength and energy. It gave me a fuller chest. Maybe it might work for you. Or gain weight and work out everywhere but the chest.

You should sleep at night in comfort. You are worring too much about something that isn't as important as good health. Ever hear of cancer? Now thats a serious issue, I think you should mentally shift gears when you start placing such importance on your breasts versus your good health. What makes a woman beautiful, is not so much a beautiful body, but unselfishness, kindness, not speaking badly about others, and finding an outlet for your spare time to help others. I suggest young children. Just be yourself, thank god for good health, be kind to others, speak good words, not garbage. Be a good example for others, and ignor their critisizisms.

If you're a b-cup there's no reason for you to sleep in a bra.
Uncomfortable, and it does cut off circulation to a degree.
