why is the aqueous solution not added to the hexane solution?

water is a polar compound while heaxane is nonploar. polar likes polar and nonpolar likes nonpolar.so poalr and nonpolar cant mix each other.water is heavier than hexane,hexane will float on suface of water and cant mix.

Water and hexane are not miscible.
