They already did this and it was boring as hell.

Plus, in order to do a real clone, you would have to wait for the Undertaker baby clone to grow up before they could wrestle. The real Undertaker would be like older than 60 by then.

A clone has DNA that has aged, so even if a "young" Undertaker clone appeared on the scene, he would likely have gone through an unhealthy childhood and who knows what his response to steroids would have been?
Nevertheless, I'll humor your paradox. The "winner" would be based on a decision which in turn would be based on measured audience response. The one who entertained more would win.
