Every female has different smells to their private area, some do smell more than others, I don't think this would have to do with your personal hygeine, if you're showering at least once a day.
Maybe you should buy a vanilla scented soap, or something with flower extract to wash with.
I think you're pretty normal, and I would not worry! Tell your husband that you're normal, and every female's privates smell different! If he still whines about it, tell him that you can always just not have sex with him, see his reaction then!
It may just be that his sperm could be making you smell actually, sometimes they have a funny smell if they smoke or eat certain foods. You never know, so dont blame yourself!

Most doctors use the THIN PREP method for paps. They are very sensitive and would show if you had a bacterial or yeast infection at the time of your appointment. Diet and supplements play a big part re: a person's personal odor. Avoiding foods with strong odors like garlic and onions and heavier spices like curry powder may drastically change your issue. Honestly it sounds like your spouse is the one with the issue. Sorry.... Good Luck

yes i agree with other people, he has a problem not you, if u had a pap and it was abnormal they'd call u to go for more tests- bacteria and ph levels can change the odor of ur natural vaginal lubrication, stay away from female hygiene products (they can cause problems or infections), & don't clean inside cuz the vagina cleans itself naturally- u can however use vagisil powder which is safe for odor control

It sounds like you might have an infection going on which may be why the dr didn't say anything because she's waiting for the cultures and pap smear to come back.

it's has nothing to do with your personal hygiene It's your hormone that creates that funny smell. you are not alone. He's right, if he keeps on complaining then quit having sex with him. If he can find a woman who never had that funny smell ever, i'll have his statue erected beside Liberty

You should revisit your doctor and explain this to her as embarassing as it is,they've heard it all. It could bge something!
Have you smelled for yourself? you could probably tell if it was different?
As for the pap she may or may not have smelled anything and she could have overlooked something not knowing of the problem. if it is not medical have you tried feminine deos?
Maybe you dont smell unusual and he has turned gay! or it's all in his head because of something else on his mind! but first u have to make sure iit isnt medical. talking to your doc cant hurt

Well my dear, I would call your gynocologist and ask her is everything is alright. Most people have yeast infections and they can cause an odor. There is a way you can test yourself for this, sometimes Doctors cannot detect this. Yeast is contagious and can be passed by sexual contact.
You can contact me and I will share it with you.

Use norforms or those new thin strips, they look like listerine breath strips, you insert and they deodorize. Check women's personal hygiene aisle.
