2x + y - z = 3 equation(1)
x + 4y + 3z = 5 equation(2)
2x - 5y + 4z = -3 equation(3)

Subtract equation(1) from equation(3)
6y - 6z = 6
:. y = z + 1 equation(4)

Replace equation (4) into equation(2)
x + 4(z + 1) + 3z = 5
x + 7z = 1

Put z = 1
y = 2 and x = -6

6x + 3y - 3z = 9
x + 4y + 3z = 5----ADD
7x + 7y = 14

8x + 4y - 4z = 12
2x - 5y + 4z = - 3---ADD
10x - y = 9

7x + 7y = 14
10x - y = 9

7x + 7y = 14
70x - 7y = 63---ADD
77x = 77
x = 1

7 + 7y = 14
y = 1

x + 4y + 3z = 5
1 + 4 + 3z = 5
z = 0

x = 1, y = 1, z = 0
