It's actually part of a joke, ya know, the frog comes into the bank for a loan & has a paper weight as collateral. Miss. Paddywhack, the loan officer's assistant, comes into the bank office, sees the paper weight & says, "What's this?" The loan officer goes, "It's a knick-knack, Miss Paddywhack, give the frog a loan."
