Well you don't 'fall' pregnant. You will first off need to let the hormones leave your body, this could take a few months. Than you will need to have intercourse and time it for when you are ovulating.

Sometimes the hormones from the pill can stay in your system and interfere with your getting pregnant for a few months, so it might not happen during your first cycle. You should stop the pill at the end of a cycle, not in the middle, so your period comes at the same time. Otherwise, you confuse your body and it can be hard to tell when you're ovulating. Once you finish a cycle and stop taking the pill, you should ovulate normally after a couple of weeks. However, you really should think about whether you're ready for a baby. Does your man agree?
