Yes they do, but women's breasts naturally contain more fat tissue as does the rest of their body. My best friend's husband, who IS NOT fat (5'6 ", 150 lbs.) got a lump in his breast, and it did turn out to be cancerous, but he is fine, due to early detection and treatment.

i am not that fat (6'2" and 198 lbs) and i have man boobs. i used to lift weights alot and gave it up after i hurt my back years ago, my pecs just got flabby and never went away.

yeah but they dont have the same hormones as women, so they don't grow as large (we'll most don't :)
