I found a pretty cool site called www.whoomp.com. It offers free music and video, but not too wide of a selection.

limewires always been good for me.
also, if you get there in time, when songs are being released, lots of artists offer the video for download in high quality

torrents are more reliable than limewire
but i dont think its legal.
and the quality might not be exactly good but you might get lucky
