If you mean capture from Internet then,
try, put cursor on the name of the audio then right click the cursor SAVE AS you like. When you click you will see if there is a audio file such as mp3, Wav etc
Or. Just use any recording software use line in/mic then record directly.
After saving to computer burn on CD/DVD this is the easy way.
