Guys I did some digging regarding the Constitution Amendment XIV, Section 1 - and this is what I found.
"The rule of the common law I understand to be that a person 'born in a strange country, under the obedience of a strange prince or country, is an alien' (Co. Litt. 128b), and that every person owes allegiance to the country of his birth' (13 Ops. Attys. Gen. U. S. 89-91)."
Which still suggests that those born here by non- naturalized citizens who have come here both legally and illegally, are in deed not citizens of the US. Even though they are within jurisdiction, they do not have allegiance to the US through physical birth alone. Meaning in order for them to have allegiance to the US - their parents had to of or have to be sworn in as American citizens before their births. Then their babies also become American citizens because their parents have given up their citizenship to their proper countries from which them came.
