Oh it is painful, that's really funny though. The two second "oooh" reaction I get from my husband is worth it though. For all you guys who don't know just how badly it hurts, buy a home waxing kit at Wal-Mart and go at your nether regions and do some man-scaping and you will certainly appreciate the lengths that women go to for "beauty".
