why is my guppy malnourished even though i fed it with nutritious foods every day....the water is clean and there is a mild aeration....

cuz of his/her genetic....which contribute to large factor of his/her growth

The only answer that makes any sense would be an intestinal parasite. You can treat that best with medicated fish foods designed to kill parasites.
