Fictionally, Martin Scorsese - he would be a font of information and anecdotes and I could handle downtown N.Y for a little while. That way I could also pop up to the east side and visit Sueflower (and her attractive and talented neighbour..).
In reality, I have a few online friends that I wouldn't mind sharing some space with for a bit. The idea of being able to have them round for lots coffee and chats and perhaps a tipsy barbeque or two, is a nice one.

In terms of perviness . . . David Tennant, and only if he left his blinds open all the time.
Otherwise, it'd be Lewis Black. I'd have the guy over every night for dinner just to pick his brain. Him or whoever is famous for being a crazy fast house cleaner. Or Bob Villa. Or that Ty guy from the house makeover show, and only if he promised not to talk.

David Bowie.
I would love to live in Manhattan, if and only if I was wealthy enough to do it. And even then, only for a year. But if I lived next door to Bowie, I just might stay a lot longer. But I'd have to buy a nice little cabin somewhere peaceful for retreat.
