if someone gave you a billion dollars what would you do with it?

i would donate probably 5 million to breast cancer, 2 million to the rainforests, 5 million to the people suffering in Darfur/Africa, and 5 million to finding a cure to alzheimers. And a little bit to other charities. When you think about it 17 million out of a billion isn't a lot....with the rest of the money i would buy a big house..not a huge one...but slightly bigger than the one i am in now. And i would buy a horse and a nice car and besides that, i would put the rest in the bank. What about you?

I'd probably live off of a few hundred thousand and invest the rest in such a way that it will continue to grow as I give it away. Not sure how I would divide it. Who knows? I might spend some first. I would certainly repair my vehicles, but that would not take the whole first few hundred thousand. If it did, I don't deserve any of it.

I would for sure get my boyfriends family out of the horrible area they live in and get them a nice house in a nice neighborhood. I would also buy my Grandma a house(probably in Oregan cause I know that is where she wants to move to) and the rest of my family a nice house or 2...or 3(I have a big family lol.) Then I would buy my boyfriend and I both brand new cars and a house(maybe a farm cause we LOVE animals...no slaughtering happening on my farm though). Then I would donate money to a couple different charities...breast cancer, other cancers, animal rights, alzheimers, american heart association, starving children, etc. Then invest the rest and QUIT MY JOB!!!!!!

I would pay off all my debts, move to another area, and be careful in my spending to make the rest last so I can live on it the rest of my life and work only where I want, doing what I want and if I want. I would buy an apartment complex to house and feed the homeless with dignity instead of in some common room where people are afraid to go and get stolen whatever little they still own and leave my son whatever is left when I die. I think yearly vacations/travel would also be on the menu.

I would quit work the same day. Find the nation's top wealth advisor and spend the rest of my life using these funds to further God's plan and make the world a better place by reaching the lost. Income off of that could easily be $6.5 million per month. :-)

Wow that's it? That's all you would do with it?
i would create, i would start music companys that made real underground played nation wide instead of this generic commercial disease we've seem to have caught, i would start sum big business & travel the world, i would help out charities n things of course, but i would give gifts that would keep on giving, like having pipe lines & water sanitization facilitys built, & have farms built to grow food, not just keep giving them food, but also hae it where they can produce it themselves, don't just give a young boy 10 dollars, but teach him how to turn that 10 into 100, that 100 into 1000 stretch on stretch on, n so much more its 2 hard 2 even think of.

Take that person to the clinic to see if they were sick. Then I would give about 50% of it to Churches and Charities, and Stuff, then I would take care of my family and friends and then I would invest some of it, then I would take care of me. PARTY!!!!!

I'd buy the New York Yankees..... and trade away every good player they had, just to make sure that they finished in last place every year....
