L-glutamine is safe, its an amino acid and you're basically taking it every time you eat meat. ginkgo biloba, not sure, I'm no pediatrician.

is better not to take any type of medicine when breastfeeding it can affect the baby. but ask your doctor and the pediatrician they should know the best answer
