There are three types of business--Legal,semilegal and illegal.
Our businessman have expertise in the last item. They have
got a horde of supporting staff mainly Chartered Accountants,
MBA's from IIM,expert legal advisers to show illegal business
as semilegal business and semilegal business as legal business. They bribe the bureaucracy to make semilegal
business as legal business.
You keep a watch on "Business Newspaper" and you can get an idea how things are manipulated
Their main method is to show materials prchased at a higher
price and the differnce they keep in their pocket. They show
the vegetables,newspaper,carpet as Guesthouse expenditure.
The Govt. does not mind because they fill up the coffer of Govt. Govt steel companies are having profit because
they have increased the price of steel more than 30%
in the last 4-5 years Similarly Tata's. and other companies
have also increased their price of steel. It is a vicious
circle. We have thrown out BJP for their misdeeds and now
it is the time to throw all the ruling cliques out of power
so that the misdeeds of the Business Houses are not
covered by the Govt.

Business houses are not the only area or the major source of corruption. Wherever money is sowed and reaped this corruption plays its role.
Medical college seats are purchased for 50 or 60 lakh, post graduate admission rate generally touches one crore. MLA
or MP seats are sold by parties to it's own candidates for
very high premium. Appointments/jobs and promotions are also sold for very high rates.Temples are no exceptions-money gives entry, special seat and honours !
So why should blame go towards Business Houses alone. It is a national phenomena ,just like god, omnipotent and omnipresent !!!

No, the govt. and beaurocracy is directly under the public payment, and is answerable to public. There should be no corruption in govt. offices. The minister and secretaries should be satisfied with the salaries paid to them and not expect bribes for doing the work for which they are paid, from the public exchequer.
The buisnessmen are not mad, and do not want to pay bribes, but are forced to pay bribes, or the govt. officials will not give them NOC, approval, license etc. to do business. It is the govt. officials duty to issue such NOC, approval etc. but they don't do it without substantial payment. They should be punished severely to stop corruption at grass root level.

there is one proverb, root of every cause is money & power! The any one who have money, obvious it is not from the good effort, but its come from the illegal effort,
Being rich is not difficult but to continue it is very difficult. Who have money, he also wants the power, & for power, he have to shake hand with the law, & government.
These business men whether small or big, they only look their own interests, for which they give any cost, they think in money & also calculate all in money.
