Too many times to count!!! We just complain to each other and the tip goes down. One time my husband got a steak and I got sushi. We were about the only people in there. His steak showed up and I told him to go ahead and eat. Sushi is RAW. But he finished up and 45 minutes later I still didn't have my food. We only left $2.

Another time I ordered a bloody mary with my dinner. We spent an hour there and the drink never came. OK, no big deal. But when we went to the register they had billed me for it! We complained to the hostess and got 20% off.

I hate bad service. But as a former server, I know stuff goes on behind the scenes that you just can't control.

Yes, my wife and I went to a local soul food restaurant that was recommended to us by my in laws. Our experience there was horrible. First of all, they advertised daily specials and when we ordered them guess what??? They were out of them. They didn't have a majority of the items on the menu and when we finally got something they had on the menu they served it to us cold and the wait for our food was also long. We just handled it by not going back and when ever we talk to our friends and family about this restaurant, we don't recommend it. BTW, when we told my in laws about it, they let us know that the last time they ate there was 1975 and it was a great place to eat.

once I had a water transport provider. i began with a brilliant guy, the deliveryman, and each little thing became advantageous then he became transferred and that i've got been given a clean guy and won no water at fascinated by two months and had to purchase it on the food market. in this 2 months I mentioned as the provider numerous circumstances have been given profuse apologies, and so forth and became advised the subsequent as we communicate day after today day after today and ultimately I basically cancelled the provider. They saved telling me the guy became new yet my element became if he could no longer furnish some gallons of water after 2 months I no longer needed the provider. Then in spite of everything that they despatched me a bill for water I in no way won! rather of dealing with mulitple calls I basically threw it away. They pursued it, in spite of the undeniable fact that, and that i ultimately had taker yet another week out of my existence and clarify the placement to the four-hundredth person and he or she mentioned ok and despatched me a nil stability receipt and that they despatched me yet another bill returned after that! This time I in no way replied. EDIT: LOL Ryan, good one!

Me and hubby went out with a couple of friends last week to a pub- we sat outside cos it was nice, ordered food, and told em we were outside. They fetched two of the meals and no cutlery, so we waited about 10-15 mins, no other food came, and no cutlery. After 15 mins the barmaid came out and said you cant eat outside, thats why your other food and cutlery didnt come out, you will have to move, and we had to pick up all our stuff AND the (cold) food ourselves and move inside. Needless to say we wont be goin back and we have told everyone we know not to eat there.

one time they gave us a fifthy spoon, and the waitress was busy doing other table while the other table was not in priority.

What did I do about it? asked her to change it and we will never go back to sam resturant again. one bad service could affect future business... and words of mouths could spread.
