The higher the pitch, the higher the frequency.
Basically, the frequency doubles every octave.
The A below middle C, for example, is 220 Hertz. The A one octave higher is 440 Hz, the next A is 880 Hz, then 1760 Hz, 3520 Hz and so on.

The pitch and frequency are directly related in the fundamental mode. For the modern equitempered each note in the scale has a fundamental frequency equal to the preceding note times the twelfth root of 2 (about 1.059). The pitch is also affected by the overtones of the fundamental frequency. For a piano the overtones are slightly higher in frequency than simple harmonics would be. This requires "stretching" the octaves on a piano so the higher notes sound pleasing when sounded with lower notes.

Roughly speaking, they are the same. Technically pitch is what you perceive and frequency is the actual rate of vibration. For example, if a tone at a constant frequency is played louder and louder it will seem to go flat, i.e., the pitch decreases even though the frequency stays the same.

They are proportional - in that a wave with a high frequency will have a high pitch, and a wave with a low frequency will have a low pitch. Take a look at this link as it explains the relationship very well. I hope this helps.

the pitch of a sound depends on the frequency of the sound. objects that vibrate faster have a higher frequency and pitch .objects that vibrate slower have a lower frequency hence a lower pitch
