Learn this formula
Slope=(y1-y2)/(x1-x2)
So here slope=(3-1)/(2-5)=-2/3
so it makes an obtuse angle with X axis since slope=Tan of angle made with slope is negative.

Point 1 = (x1, y1) = (2,3)
Point 2 = (x2,y2) = (5,1)
The formula for finding the slope m is
change in y/change in x = (y2-y1) divided by (x2-x1)
slope = (1-3)/(5-2)
slope = -2/3 ===> the answer
Hope you understand!!!
