as in someone has a crush on me or someone's heart is donated for a good cause?
the first one- i dunno, depends on the person. if he's a nice person, i would probably reciprocate. (never really happened to me!)
the second one- donate to the hospital for research and i agree with the second answerer. very noble indeed.
