PETE ROSE should be in! And he does count.
I personally don't like him at all, but he should not be punished for his mistakes as a manager.
Ban him from any further association with major league baseball, but let him in the hall as a player.
And why isn't ANDRE DAWSON IN!!!!!!
That just pisses me off!!
