Does this engine have a externally mounted oil pump if so does anyone have a picture

I own a shop, and think you ought to go to the library and look up the engine in a repair manual. They have a complete set of several different books. At least this way you don't have to buy a book for $20 for your vehicle to get the information. I'm sure you will find you have a pump inside the oil pan. All the instructions, pictures, and how to do the job should be in those books for free. Another thing you can do is; go by a parts store, and have them pull an oil pump (for your engine) so you can take a look at it.

the oil pump should be in the oil pan.should not be to hard to get to just drop the pan oil pump will be hanging down.two bolts hold it on.
