Jackman's has an excellent reputation; I've heard brides and mothers of the bride talk about shopping there: http://www.jackmansfabrics.com/

look in your phone book for one that specializes in that, i had to look for a special store that sold fabrics and trims for ballet costumes in indy, and i found it, tiny and been there 50 yrs but still serves the community of performers.
