By the way it is pronounced Throumbi( accent on first syllable) and it is very very very similar to Thyme. You could easily put thyme in it's place and nobody would be the wiser. It also looks similar to thyme so be careful when somebody sells you throumbi it might be thyme. It comes from northern Greece.
