Really not funny. Everyone in the place would have to be tested, and the restaurant would be closed down till they tracked down the source.

well, depends on if they actually have it or not.
and its spelled hepatitis.
and they probably wont get fired for fear of legal retribution... they will most likely make the employee go get a test done.
