Really not funny. Everyone in the place would have to be tested, and the restaurant would be closed down till they tracked down the source.
You could actually get arrested for that....not kidding.

well, depends on if they actually have it or not.
and its spelled hepatitis.
and they probably wont get fired for fear of legal retribution... they will most likely make the employee go get a test done.

Any place that would fire a worker on somebody's say-so would be breaking a labor law.
They would need proof of such an accusation.

that would be wrong. they wouldn't even fire them if they knew 100% that they had it. so they wouldn't fire them right then and there.
