Depends which five years-

365 X 5 = 1825 then add an extra day for each leap year: could be 1 or 2 = 1826 or 1827.

C'mon, people: it's a trick question. If you don't otherwise qualify the problem by specifying which 5 years, then 1825, 1826, 1827, 1828, 1829 and 1830 are all correct answers.

Or perhaps the joke is on me and the answer is seven.

it could be with 1 or 2 leap days in them so the answer would be 365 x5=1825 +1or2= 1826 or 1827 days
