I could not find a soundtrack, but a search of Amazon.com turned up quite a few songs by the name "I Love You Truly". More info and samples at the links below.

Since there is no movie called 'Bad City' then there's probally no song called 'I Love You Truly'. And since there's no song, then there's no question.
