We all have to if we want to go on with our lives. I won't bother you with my story but it has been extremly hard at times to get out of bed in the morning. Focus as much as possible on happy things and thoughts.

What do you mean by a "major" fall? I cope. I adjust to a new reality if I must. That doesn't mean I quit trying, it means I know my world has changed in some way, and until I get it back, I must make adjustments in my way of doing things. For example, when I was younger, I cracked a kneecap. Afterwards, I walked with a slight limp. A year later, I cracked the other one. When I recovered, I no longer walked with a limp, or I swaggered slightly because the limps equalized my gait. Is that what you mean?

You've got too. It's called life. I worked in hospice for years, when you are lying on your death bed -- literally-- you'd give anything to fall so you could pull yourself back up and together.

Yeah, I have done some stupid things recently. It's still hard. I might even fail at a class because of it. But, you got to just venture on.
