What do you want to do with this formula?

Multiply by 9 to eliminate fractions:
9h = j(p + b)
and then proceed as follows.

To solve for j, divide by p + b:
j = 9h / (p + b)

To solve for b or p, divide by j:
p + b = 9h/j

Then:
Subtract p to get:
b = 9h/j - p

or

Subtract b to get:
p = 9h/j - b.
