No secret. The Mars Reconnaissance Observatory is in orbit now around the planet Mars with a imaging telescope with the resolution of a lot of the spy satellites current in use around Earth. Then there is the New Horizon spacecraft just on its way past Jupiter on its route to Pluto and into the Kuiper Belt beyond.

The Mars Express spacecraft and the Venus Express spacecraft, being operated by the ESA are on orbit and doing their jobs. Messenger is on route to Mercury but still has a long voyage ahead of it. There are the Pioneer 10 & 11 spacecraft at the far reaches of out solar system, but have long since gone silent, but the Voyager 1 & 2 probes are very distant and still active and may be entering into interstellar space in the next 10 years or so.

The only real something that has never drawn attention, or maybe has been hushed, was a signal discovered back in 1976 and has been tracked since. It has been said that this signal has its origins out just past six light days from Earth, yet it is the far beyond the 12 light hours that the Voyager spacecrafts are at now. It was thought it was the 'something' that was responsible for the great 'wow' signal discovered in 1977, but the strange signal is in the wrong part of the sky for that...and the 'object' appears to be traveling parallel to the plain of our solar system. (I was 'dismissed' off the team shortly after its discovery and information on it has been hard to come by.)

The only other items would be at least one or two stealth satellites now in operation by the USAF...but I am sure they will never fess up to that.

No. The US government isn't interested in space exploration. If the government had hi-tech spacecraft they would be used for military purposes which is the government's obsession. Scientists would use them for space exploration but scientists are pretty low on the influence totem pole.

I'm very sure the gov has something because I saw one over Huntsville, Alabama. It was a disk the size of a quarter held at arms length. It had no running lights and was virtually soundless except for a very loud "whoosh" in made initially that made me look up. It was illuminated by the city lights below. It slowly moved over the city from south to north until it was out of sight.

Its easy to deny UFOs, as I always did, until you see one.

The government does have secret hi tech space craft that have been to other planets. The reason for the secrecy is because the technology used is of great importance to the Defense Department and making the information available to the public is a danger to National Security.

There is only one organization in the world with an unlimited budget, and that is the US Military. What can you build with an unlimited budget? Pretty much anything you want.

In the military there is over 30 levels of security clearances that are above Top Secret. And people don't think WE can keep secrets. Good that's exactly what they are supposed to think.

Wow that would be really cool! I wonder how many people in the government know about this? It must be a really well kept secret, which would really be quite a change for Washington. Do you think the Clinton's and Bush's know? Nancy Pelosi? Dick Cheney? Barak Obama? Maybe it will come out in one of the upcoming debates!

Yes
And you know that fuzzy white and black snowy- looking channel if your VCR's at the end of the tape?
That's really one of those Magic Eye pictures, and if you move back and forth, a 3 D image appears of Men in Black characters.Only if you focus and cross your eyes a little though.
It all makes sense now doesn't it?

No. We told you about all of them. They cost billions of dollars; it's hard to hide that much money.

Look up Voyager, the Mars Global Surveyor, the Mars Rover, the Mars probes Spirit and Discovery, Cassini, and Galileo.

No.
And if you want to start a debate about this, I will direct you to the group of people who keep insisting that the lunar landings were staged. That ought to be an interesting argument.

Not likely, but anything is possible. I doubt this would have happened with our technologies, as advanced as they are, they are not that advanced.
