'E' is the most frequently used letter in the English alphabet. That's why Samuel Morse gave it one dot when he was creating the Morse code. The most frequently used letters have the fewest dots and dashes, the least frequently used have the most.

I agree with "E".
I sometimes doodle on pages when I'm bored. I started a game where I would go through the alphabet over and over, crossing each letter off as I went through them. On a rare occasion, T or O would come first, but most often E was easily the last letter left each time.
You can try it yourself. Get a newpaper and pick a paragraph. Start with "A" and find the first one; cross it off. Go on to "B", then "C". If you don't find a letter (like "Q"), write it down. Keep going through the alphabet until you cross every letter in the paragraph out. I can almost guarantee you that "E" will be the last letter on the list.

I don't think. It has been proved for a fact that 'e' is the most used. Any sentence without e is a rarity.
