i wanted to play arma armed assult on my computer but i can't becuase i dont have pixel shader 2.0 any other suggestions

Download a emulator and play old games for the super nintendo,sega genesis,or for the gameboy advance there usually free and you dont need a good graphic card. I got an old intel pentium III motherboard with a intergrated graphic card and the games run smooth.
