And I'm not in the least bit tired. Should I try and force myself to sleep, or just stay up all night?

Stay up. I never sleep, i dont know why. I had a roomate in college, my typing drove her crazy, i dont know hwy. I mean so i was on 25/7 and sandblasted the floors at 4am. And the electric page turnere i invented was too loud,myhyperkineitcsness is just too much for some to handle. I mean why stay asleep, i like to watch the sun go down and come up. thats not my fault. that they took her away screaming.

Yes , nearly 4am, I have just finished all my paper-work for to-day, and have only just arrived on site, so for goodness sake don`t tell me to go to bed! I can manage on 4hrs sleep anyway. Incidentally, I am not a lazy- lay-about, as one answerer just called everyone who is still up; I have a full day ahead of me to-morrow!

Well I would pick trying to get some sleep but you can stay up all night if you want to.

Yeah I know what u mean, it's 3:45AM here (UK) and I'm still not tired. I'm also wondering the same thing, whether to stay up or force myself to go to sleep.

Just lay down and rest, even if you don't sleep I've heard you still get some benefit from it. My benefit is usually that as soon as I am totally relaxed, the phone will ring!
