Hillary Clinton may be corrupt...but I don't think Barrack Obama is nearly as bad as she is (or Ted Kennedy or John Cornyn or Bill Frist)

The news media sensationalizes the events and news...remember that.......

do you think that we should eliminate soft money donations from powerful lobbyist groups? Perhaps we should regulate that money very closely? Just an idea....

Yes, we should vote...the problem is that most people we elect into office really don't serve our needs...they serve their constituents (sp) needs (or major donar's needs). We need to hold these people more accountable!! We do have rights as citizens.....the Constitution and Bill of Rights give us that power!

2007-04-27 15:41:50 · update #5

of course I mean that politicians need to serve their constituents (sp)...but they do have a tendency to serve others with bigger wallets than those with no money....but , such is the way it 's always been, eh?

a few shameless Democrats are:

James Trafficant
Daniel David "Dan" Rostenkowski
Bill Clinton (sorry, even as a fellow Democrat Bill was hit hard by a few scandals in his tenure at the White House ...albeit non were as bad as some of the folks that are now in the White House....)

I am so dang tired of it period I don't care which party in the white house and congress. This mess being going on back and forward between the two parties.

Even if we elect new people into congress and the white house to get rid of the corruption. The new members pick up where the old ones left off at. If we find a way to stop greed, there is a chance to end corruption in our government.

Positions UNDER The Bushe Administration !! Proof ?? Never Thought You'd Ask !! These Thugs, SCUMBAGS Consist of MOSTLY Zionist Israeli Jews !! here goes: Head Scumbag: Paul Wolfowitz, Director of the 911 COVER-UP, Phillip Zelikow, next Turds, Richard Perle - Elliot Abrams - William"Queen Bee" Kristol, Pipes - Douglas Feith - Libby - Richard Haass - The Fleisher Bros. - AND THE LIST GOES ON !! Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. This is nothing new to Washington, and should not be surprising to anyone. Democrats are every bit as guilty as Republicans. Want change? Find out about the candidates who are running and what their stand is on the issues that concern you, then go to the polls and Vote. Then vote for someone else next time around.

would this White homestead have been greater effective served to have presented clean, precise and undoctored responses to questions earlier they blew up of their faces? to declare they did no longer amend the tale on Benghazi and be caught in that lie. to declare (in very parsed words) they (Obama) and his White homestead had no earlier information or the IRS scandal, whilst it replaced into on a number of information comments over 2 years. To lower back an AG that had to apply govt Privilege to cover this is unlawful strikes in Gun Runner. To have an AG that did no longer persist with the limited scope of the regulation with the AP telephone checklist/twine faucets. If Obama and his Dept heads had purely instructed the fact the 1st time around there does not be a number of listening to occurring all on the comparable time. Transparency replaced right into a myth they used to cajole some human beings to assist them and it purely would backfire in 2014 and 2016.

Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. All we can do, is vote for periodic changes, and insist on a system of checks and balances that will be honored. Napoleon in France, did not let anyone remain in the same office for more than seven years, so they didn't set up their own little kingdoms. Great idea. Best wishes

It's absolutely shameless.

I hope people think more about the issues this time around,
Instead of the pundits litmus test "Who'd you like to have a beer with."

I don't agree with your democratic comment. No democrat that I can remember had such a disreputable group of people working for it.

yes im disappointed in many republicans. And those that deserve it should be fired and even prosecuted if appropriate.

I am also tired of the other side of the isle overstating and sensationalizing some into way more than what they are.

how much do you hear or see Mark Foley yet he did nothing illegal at all. innappropriate yes illegal no.

And btw there are alot of democrats involved in scandals too. But they dont get nearly the print.

Yes, I've been sick and tired of the corruption and scandals plaguing this administration. But corruption and scandals are hardly unique to the Bush Administration. They go back through many administrations. I am a Democrat with no liking of the current administration, but Democratic administrations have been as corrupt and scandalous as Republican administrations.
Only God knows when it will end.
