I pronouce the word both ways but I usually say it as 'eye-ther' though that is associated with British English.

I pronounce it both ways also...........I say eye-ther when there is an ultimatum in the works. Eye-ther you clean that room or you lose the 360 and cell phone for a week. .......or..... I didn't see that happen ee-ther.

I say ee-ther and believe that is the correct American pronunciation. It irritates me when Americans say "eye-ther." It sounds pretentious.

ee-ther for either. But for neither I say Nye-ther for some reason.

I've actually never thought about it... I think I say ee-ther, but I switch.
